Prices and payment is in Japanese YEN(JPY). Exchange rates are automatically calculated on your credit card bill.
You are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, Customs fees and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. We advise you contact your local customs office for more information on potential taxes, duties, charges and fees.
Large orders, heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping charges.
Some of the products that we sell cannot be shipped internationally for various reasons. These items include exotic leather.

DELIVERY
Most packages are shipped by YAMATO TRANSPORT.
Delivery will take 1-3 business days to your shipping address (An additional 0-2 business days processing time is required).
SHIPPING FEES
540JPY including tax
Delivery charge applies the same amount throughout Japan. If your purchase is over 21,600JPY including tax, the delivery charge will be free.

We take VISA, MASTER, DINERS CLUB, JCB and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

RETURNS POLICY
A Return Authorization must be requested within 7 days of the order's delivery date. Please contact us by E-mail before you return.
The items must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags.
Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without Post labels. We do not accept returns for underwear and swimwear.
Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at WUT.
